Shipping may be out of our control.  Purchasers must contact Urban Tri Gear for any issues or not receiving items. Urban Tri Gear does not provide free shipping returns. Purchaser can cancel at anytime by calling 630-230-9386. Postage may be labeled higher or lower than marked on shipped item. Urban Tri Gear will not ship items if there is any suspicion of fraud.
